How do I go about moving out.?
If You Must Move….
We certainly do not wish to see any of our valuable residents move. If you have a concern or unresolved issue, please either call or email your Apartment Community Manager or email [email protected]. We encourage you to make your voice heard. You are a valued resident, and we appreciate the opportunity to hear your concern and correct the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Here are some helpful suggestions:
- Last day to give proper twenty (20) day notice to Intent to Vacate required by Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act is on May 11, 2021. This can be done by you or you may wish to submit our twenty (20) day notice. In ensure your security deposit refund arrives in a timely manner, please include your forwarding address, otherwise this will be sent to the last known address, which will be the apartment address you just moved out of. - If you paid last months rent at move in and would like to apply this to your June 2021 ledger, notice to intent to vacate will need to be in by the third (3) of the month.
- When giving notice, our cleaning list at the bottom of the twenty (20) day notice is available for you to review.
- When starting to pack and you will have large objects to dispose of, please contact your Apartment Community Manager to assist with alternative solutions. These will be though at the resident’s expense. PLEASE NO LARGE OBJECTS should be disposed in the trash compactor.
As a former resident, you will qualify for a $250.00 Former Resident Referral for any friend, co-worker, or relative you refer who chooses to rent from any Dobler Management Company, Inc. managed apartment community. Also, should you need an apartment anywhere in the South Puget Sound area in the future, we hope you will think of our apartment communities.
