|Recommended: YesCity living with a country feel — It is a quiet and peaceful apartment community. Feels like living in the countryside with all the conveniences of the city. I can walk from my apartment to the shops I plan to live here for a long time.

|Recommended: YesConvenient easy access to highways, shopping, and food. — We like the layout of the apartment.
They only noise we hear from the neighbors are doors slamming once in a while, so the sound barrier seems to be well done. We never hear talking or TV through the walls. We do hear the ceiling bathroom fans from below us every morning.
We always have parking available for out two cars.
THe grounds are always clean and landscaping is maintained. The maintenance crew is always managing the garbage people seem to leave out at the receptacles.
Staff are friendly and accommodating at all times.
We like it here.

|Recommended: YesClean safe and friendly community. — Its quiet in the apartment and cleanliness for areas surrounding. Safe for children to go around the area and play. Parking for a 3 bedroom perhaps two assigned parking stalls would be better. But overall a great place to live at.

|Recommended: YesGreat staff, decent rental — A bit on the expensive side but I suppose everything is in this area as far as rentals go. Staff is always very responsive and receptive. If you have a problem or inquiry they’ll get back to as immediately as they can. Staff was very helpful during the pandemic and while I personally did not need to skip rent payments, they made it very clear what residents needed to do if that need did arise. The only issue I’ve had is that being on a lower level if those above you are heavy footed you are most definitely going to hear it.

|Recommended: YesProperty staff is great, parking is horrible — The apartments have great layouts and the ground cleanliness is good I love these apartments, however, the parking situation is horrible. There are times I have to park outside our gates.

We are always working on improving our parking - the permits and guest passes are one thing that we have implemented to make more sure that our residents have priority for parking. We will always be brainstorming on this!
