|Recommended: YesOverall we are happy — Overall we are very happy at Canyon Park. Parking is difficult as in most apartments. We frequently hear our upstairs neighbor but we account that to the fact that there are young kids the people who lived there before were heard much less frequently, usually when they vacuumed.

|Recommended: YesWe just moved in but this seems to be a nice community. Even with the corona virus thing going on the Staff is trying to keep people engaged and safe at the same time. — Nice but parking is a bit challenging at times.

|Recommended: YesAffordable, comfortable apartments in a great community — The apartments themselves are comfortable and well designed. The management is friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is quick to solve a problem, professional and friendly. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I really enjoy the wetlands that are protected throughout the property. The only gripes I have are parking and at times ground cleanliness. If you only have one car I wouldn't worry but if your roommate already has the reserved covered spot be prepared to park on the other side of the property. When they designed the parking lot I don't think it was with resident convenience in mind. Don't even go near the grass, I can almost guarantee there will be dog poop anywhere there's a patch of grass. Maybe a receptacle for dog mess would alleviate this problem, but who knows. Overall, this place is a great place to live besides the few minor things you'd already expect.

We actually DO have doggie stations throughout the property, unfortunately during the statewide shutdown, most of our staff has been laid off and this has impacted our ability to keep an eye on these areas. We will certainly adjust this right away! It would definitely help if residents would use the stations and the bags that are provided :)

|Recommended: YesNice complex — I've been here almost a year and i like the complex. The grounds are kept super clean, no dog feces hardly on the ground. The area is nice. You have grocery shopping stores across the street, gas stations and fast food restaurants as well. Parking can be a pain sometimes , but overall a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesWell worth the cost — There may be a less expensive option out there, but with how wonderful these apartments are the sound proofing, the cleanliness, location, apartment size, and community it is honestly hard to beat. Won't find one like it anywhere else.
