The parking isn't great, but each stall is 25 month, so not terribly expensive to ensure a spot. We can hear the neighbors walking around in their apartments around us, but that doesn't bother us much - and it's not as bad as other communities. We love the staff and amenities Plus, a fireplace in each apartment is a major highlight. Great area, good layout, friendly neighbors, and caring staff

submitted by Brendan S. - |Recommended: YesOverall Standout in the Area — Canyon Park is an overall standout for the area. There are some struggles with parking, noise, and neighborhood pets. But these are generally issues faced by most apartment complexes. The staff and maintenance team are quick and provide great service. They do their best to maintain the grounds and buildings. Although they are not spotless, they are well-kept overall. There are some wetlands on the property, which seem like an opportunity for a nature trail. Unfortunately, there is not one yet and therefore, the sidewalks around the complex are about the only place to walk your dog.

As these are a protected area, we are not allowed to have trails through these areas. We will work on coming up with ideas for trails though! This is a great idea! Thank you! submitted by Kody D. - |Recommended: YesThe property is very well maintained, I don't think there is anything with the property besides parking. — I would tell them that it's great, and advise them to plan parking ahead of time if there is more then one car to their house hold. If you get back late from work, sometimes there is no availability.

The staff is incredibly kind and has worked with us on a number of things, such as an emotional support animal and other things.
