|Recommended: YesGreat, safe place to live. — I lived here for two years. All-in-all it was a great experience. The grounds, common areas, and apartment were all in very good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't need to make many maintenance requests, but when we did the issue was taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. Parking was really the only downfall and I think that is a struggle in most apartment complexes.

|Recommended: YesPoor Parking, Great Amenities — The amenities at Canyon Park are great. The pool area is always clean, the gym is nice and well kept. The people who work in the front office are nice, but often fail to have the authority to solved an complaints or issues. Everything else is great except the parking which is a total nightmare. I live in a 3 bedroom with 2 roommates who also have vehicles and we only have one carport which is FAR from our apartment. It was the only one available when we moved in over a year and a half ago, and we were promised that we would get a closer spot. Since then, we have had NO follow up from the management even after we followed up ourselves. Other people have been moving into our building and management provided them with carport spots right outside of the building. I would only suggest living here if you have 1-2 vehicles and one of the vehicles arrives home before 6PM.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place to Live — I love living at Canyon Park Apartments. I currently live in a One Bedroom Deluxe apartment and hope to transition to a Two Bedroom Two Bath Deluxe soon. The property is well managed, maintenance is super friendly and professional, and they always respond in a timely manner. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. All staff have gone above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and responding to some of my sometimes ridiculous requests. My apartment is cozy and just the right size, but I would like to transition to a bigger apartment to accommodate a relative who also really wants to live here because of my great experience.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Living at Canyon Park Apartments is notable. After living in a house for 30 years and moving back to an apartment was a forgotten culture for me. I failed to remember the size, limitations, and even the lack of personal touch of color to the walls, windows, and types of fixtures. However, Canyon Park Apartments was a pleasant progression for me and answered all of my infinite yet inquisitive questions of apartment living. The parking and noise are understandable but at times, the noise is a bit insensitive of other neighbors but tolerable. I am glad the apartment staff is working on the parking for residents to reduce the number of lingering and uninvited guests who do not live here. Then finally, I like the fact rent can be paid online rather than having to mail a check or drive to the owners office. In other words, a Great Place to live.
